Admission Procedure:-

Following is the Procedure for Admission (2026-27):

A.    Eligibility Criteria Age Limit as on 01 April 2026:

Bal Vatika-I 03 to 04 years.

Bal Vatika-II 04 to 5 years.

Bal Vatika-III 05 to 6 years.

Class-I 6 years
B.   Admission Procedure
1. Availability of Admission Forms Online form is available above. Click on Download Form.

2. Submission of duly filled in admission form Fill admission form and send to our official mail id (bbpsnb@balbharati.org)
3. Interaction with Parents Principal will meet student and parents.
4. Admission formalities Submission of documents with admission form and admission fees.

ESSENTIAL DOCUMENT

FOLLOWING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS DULY ATTESTED ARE TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF FORM:

  1. Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
  2. Aadhar Card
  3.  Proof of Residence. (Ration Card/Voter ID/Aadhar Card/Electricity/Telephone Bill/Passport) (The above documents should be in the name of parents)
  4. Relevant authentic Certificate in respect of SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates. (The certificate must be issued by an Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar)
  5. Medical Certificate of the child. (only for children with special needs)
  6. Transfer certificate of child from previous school.
  7. SSSMID
